I had to replace 3 window panes, 2 screens, and a window “tuneup” (stuck).
Brian, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. Malissa at the office was very responsive and followed up. The team (Darrel and Victor) were polite and effective.
There was a delay on another job they had (which happens) but they stayed after hours, and made sure things are done right.
Overall, easy to work with, and they spend the time and effort, to do whatever it took to do a good job!
Brian, Michelle, helped get the job started, ordered the glass and Victor and Jr. Did the installation. There were all so nice and informative. The were professional and respectful.
I found them through Google Ads- gave me a great price, and scheduled it for the next day. Sam showed up as expected and did a great job of replacing my windshield. Was a bit worried about other postings of people who left pieces of glass in the car but Sam left it very clean. Very professional. Would recommend them!
Rudolfo and Sam gave excellent service. Very good price. We had called other place first–which gave much higher quote for replacing sliding glass door, so we were glad to have Roxy Glass do such a good job.

Extremely reasonable price and they did an amazing job. I had replaced 11 windows for two homes and they were able to get everything done in 1 day.
In summary: Great results, fast professional work. The Custom Exchange Windows were able to give good price and the results are greater than expected. The installation crew is professional and worked well and clean. They were able to accommodate all special requests for widows sills and trim, that we had.

Melissa and Brian were great at supporting me with the quoting and ordering process. The gentleman who did our installation, Roland, installed one double paned window, and 19 specialty tempered glass panels in a deck railing, worked quickly and professionally and finished all in one day. Strong recommendation for the whole team!
They came to my home and did a quick measurement and order the glass panel. And then they came back to install. Very professional and helpful.

Victor and Gio changed out glass in 4 double pane windows and replaced a sidelight by front door. They were punctual and did a great job. The windows all look wonderful and everything was picked up and tidy when they left. Would highly recommend.
I am so happy with the excellent service and my beautiful new windows. Michal is an expert and his crew worked in a professional, efficient, organized manner resulting in an impressive installation. In my kitchen i had a quartz windowsill (a design element installed by a previous contractor) that prevented the window from closing. Michal said they would take care of it…and they did! They were able to cut the quartz to the proper size and reinstall it, as a courtesy!! I got ten windows at a GREAT price. I highly recommend them!!! New windows for an old house are amazing…you can see, feel and hear the difference. Great investment and energy efficient! Thanks Michal and team!
Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end. Michael was great at providing the estimate. The cost was fair and competitive. On installation day the 2 man crew showed up on time. They had a very efficient installation process. The setup, preparation, window removable, installation and the clean up went really well. They completed the job a couple of hours faster than I anticipated and they were not rushing. Overall they did a good job. I’m only giving 4 stars because the window tent is too dark. It was a significant difference and I wasn’t expecting that. Now I have to rethink putting up shutters because that will make my home even darker.
I would use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs new windows.
Michal is excellent to work with. He is pretty straightforward. I shopped around a bit and found either heavy markups or people who didn’t do what they promised. Michal made the window shopping process very easy. He gave me excellent pricing and was able to schedule installation ahead of time upon my request. His guys came out on the schedule day and completed the installation for 10 windows within 6 hours. Other places asked for 2-3 days of install time. I would recommend custom exchange windows strongly
